We’re committed to providing inclusive services

As a public facility, owned and operated by the City of Guelph, River Run Centre demonstrates its commitment to accessibility with the City of Guelph Accessibility Policy and Procedures. This policy is a combination of the City’s Barrier Free Policy and Accessibility Customer Service Policy.

River Run Centre is fully accessible for patrons and performers. Our accessibility features include wheelchair accessible theatres and lobbies, lowered service counters at the box office and the bar, an elevator, automatic door openers and accessible washrooms.

Accessible seating is available in the Main Stage and also Co-operators Hall. If you require accessible seating, please call the Box Office at 519-763-3000 to purchase your tickets.

Booster Seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Service Animals are welcome in the facility. Please contact our Box Office to ensure that your seat selection provides sufficient space for your animal.

Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge at the Coat Check prior to the performance.

Accessible Parking is available in the nearby parking garages. There are also a limited number of accessible on-site parking spaces.

The Back of House includes accessible dressing rooms, washrooms and green room.
