River Run Centre is fully accessible for patrons and performers. Our accessibility features include wheelchair accessible theatres and lobbies, lowered service counters at the box office and the bar, an elevator, automatic door openers and accessible washrooms.
Accessible seating is available in the Main Stage and also Studio Theatre. If you require accessible seating, please call the Box Office at 519-763-3000 to purchase your tickets.
River Run Centre accepts Access 2 Entertainment cards for participating performances. With their ticket purchase, Access 2 cardholders receive a complimentary ticket for one support person. Tickets may be ordered by phone or in person (not available online) and valid Access 2 card must be presented when tickets are picked up. Applicable to participating performances only and may be limited for some performances.
Booster Seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Service Animals are welcome in the facility. Please contact our Box Office to ensure that your seat selection provides sufficient space for your animal.
Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge at the Coat Check prior to the performance.
Accessible Parking is available in the nearby parking garages. There are also a limited number of accessible on-site parking spaces.
The Back of House includes accessible dressing rooms, washrooms and green room.
