UPDATED – April 7, 2020

Working closely with the Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health team, The City of Guelph is implementing procedures to respond to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Based on the advice from Guelph’s Medical Officer of Health, the City of Guelph decided to cancel all programs and events at City facilities from now until July 5, 2020, including at the River Run Centre. In addition, the River Run Centre remains closed to the public until April 30, 2020.

All ticket holders impacted will be contacted by email and/or phone with event specific details. For postponed events, we are communicating changes as they become available. If you are unable to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund. Patrons will receive full refunds for cancelled events.

Following the Ontario government’s Declaration of Emergency, the Box Office is now closed until further notice. We are contacting patrons about tickets as soon as we are able and we ask for your understanding and patience as we work through the process.

If you have any urgent questions about your ticket purchase, please email info@riverrun.ca.
