Kent MacMillan

Kent MacMillan is a long tenured member of the Ontario music scene. As an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter, and music producer he has been making music professionally for 40 years. He has put over 4800 shows between today and the early stages of his career and many a Canadian stage has been his home for a night. Stylistically he is at home with many genres, including jazz, country, blues and rock and his live shows move seamlessly through the last century of popular music. Kent has toured and gigged through the years with bands such as Blackjack, First and Last, Hogtown, Mo’ Kauffey, The Max Bent Band, Hellion Ton and others. During the Covid-19 lockdowns he provided approximately 120 online shows for hundreds of fans around the globe to help ease the isolation felt by many.

The current Kent MacMillan Band includes the in-demand skills of bassist Peter Turpin and journeyman drummer and vocalist Josh Broadbent. Don’t miss a chance to catch one of the hidden gems of the Canadian music industry as he continues to entertain audiences in 2024.
