GUELPH 200: Presented by River Run Centre
Resilience, courage, faith
Tracy Lee, a proud fifth generation Black Canadian from Brantford, combines performance and education to celebrate her heritage, ignite a sense of belonging, and inspire audiences. Lee masterfully weaves music and storytelling to highlight the remarkable contributions and the lasting legacy of her family and other Black Canadian pioneers who paved the way for future generations.
“Tracy’s musical talents were so amazing and as she showed her singing skills she also helped explain the meaning behind the songs. I learned so much about the history of black Canadians and how their story played into the development of Canada.” – Grade 8 Student at Munn’s Public School, Oakville, ON
