International award winning Carroll Baker, is returning to Guelph and River Run Centre. Carroll Baker is a CCMA Hall of Fame Inductee and a member of the Order of Canada. She has traveled the Globe for over 40 years and has become known as Canada’s Ambassador of Country Music.

Also affectionately titled, Canada’s “First Lady Of Country Music,” she is a proud resident of Guelph. Carroll performed as part of the River Run Centre’s Opening Night Gala and she is returning to the centre’s 20th anniversary celebration.
