We strive to make everyone’s visit to the theatre as enjoyable as possible. Please take note of our patron services, theatre policies and special requests for consideration of others.

Parking

Parking is available nearby at various downtown lots. guelph.ca/parking. On-site accessible parking limited.

Mobile Devices/Cameras/Recording Devices

Please mute all electronic devices while in the theatre.
Photography, videography and recording are strictly prohibited in the theatres.

Accessibility

River Run Centre is fully accessible for patrons and performers. Call the Box Office to request accessible seating. Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Coat Check (free).

Children/Infants

Everyone must have a ticket to enter the theatre, including all children and infants. Infants may not be permitted in the theatre for some performances, call the  Box Office for more information. We recommend children be supervised and seated beside a parent or guardian at all times. River Run Centre will not accept responsibility for unattended children. Booster seats are available (free).

Food & Beverage

With the exception of water in non-glass containers, food and beverages are prohibited in the theatres.

Coat Check

Coat check services are available seasonally (nominal charge).

Refunds

Refund Policies vary from show to show. For shows that offer refunds, tickets must be refunded no later than one day prior to the performance.

Scents

In consideration of those who have allergies, please refrain from using perfumed products.

Late Arrivals

Late Arrivals will be seated at a suitable break.
